• What is Listing Slingshot?

Listing Slingshot is an internet marketing solution for your listings. It contains everything you need to get maximum exposure for your listings with minimum effort.

• I already have a real estate website. Why would I need Listing Slingshot?

If your website automatically uploads all of your listing data, instantly syndicates to dozens of real estate search websites, and then directs all the traffic back to unique, dedicated listings websites, then you probably don't need Slingshot. Most websites don't do it all - Listing Slingshot does - it's that simple.

• What are Single Property Websites and why do I want them?

A single Property Website is a showcase website that is 100% dedicated to a single listing. There are no distractions and all attention is focused on marketing that listing.

• Which real estate search websites do you syndicate my listings to?

Your listings will be syndicated to Yahoo!RealEstate, Trulia, Zillow, Oodle, and many more...

• My broker/company syndicates my listings so why do I need to?

When your company syndicates your listings on the Internet, they generally do so in order to drive interested buyers back to the company website, giving the Broker control over the leads. Listing Slingshot sends potential buyers to your site, so you get the lead.

• Will you let me try it out to see if I love it?

• Can I create my own domain names for my listings?

Yes. Each listing includes a unique sub-domain but for a very small fee you can buy your own special domain right from your Control Panel.

• How does Listing Slingshot help me get more leads?

Slingshot drives interested, motivated internet buyers to a site whose sole purpose is to show off your listing. Each website comes with multiple ways to capture a lead, including Schedule a Showing request forms, Contact Me forms, and Email this Listing tools.

• I have a page on my Broker's website - isn't that good enough?

That might be good enough for you if you are content with your listings driving leads to your broker rather than to you. We recommend that you use your marketing dollars to get leads for yourself - not for someone else.

• How much does it cost?

After the free trial period, a subscription is $29 per month.

• Am I locked into a long-term contract?

We are so confident in our product that we will earn your business every month. There is no long-term contract and you can cancel at any time.

• What does my service include?

Your Listing Slingshot service includes a single property website for each of your listings and listing syndication to our real estate syndication partners.

• How many listings can I have on my site?

You can have up to 50 listings on your site.

• I can't sync my MLS to Listing Slingshot. Help!

• Can I use an existing domain name?

Each listing you create generates a new domain name. Existing domain names cannot be used.

• Can I delete listings?

At this time, listings can be marked inactive, not deleted.

• I need help. How do I contact you?

Email the Listing Slingshot team at slingshot@z57.com. Your emails will be answered in the order they are received.

• How do I cancel my trial?

On your Dashboard, click My Account. Then, under Account Status, click Cancel Account. If you are cancelling within seven days, you will not be billed.

• How do I import leads?

Open your CSV file and locate the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone fields and make note of what column those are in. Click My Leads, then click Import Leads. Click Browse... from the menu. Select your CSV file and click OK. Use the drop down menu next to each field to select the corresponding column in your CSV file for the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone fields of your contacts. Select the group to import these contacts into or create a new group. Click Import Leads. Once your leads are imported, you can organize them and assign groups by clicking Manage Groups.
